Hello Darkness My Old Friend

I've come to talk to you once again. Years have past, for the better, in the grand scheme. At least that's what I'll tell myself.

Connie.
Connie.

The only name that shall ever disgrace this sidebar of internet storage.

Fucking Connie.

I don't think there is a sound that I hate more than the sound of your voice when I imagine you saying you still love me. You broke my fall, but in process, I broke you straight in half. After all, I didn't know there was a cliff there, you still beckoned me to run into your arms full speed eyes closed so hard that the light was blinding, aware of what was behind you. White cliffs, ready to be drenched red and green, only to swallow the blue sky that I could see as I fell. My sky, my home, my peace, your new stomping ground.

A man who makes a girl fall in love with no intentions of loving her back: A Coward.
Things hardly ever start how they end; thesi, evening plans, grocery shopping, and love. It wasn't possible to love more, foregoing, also nothing to be crushed in such equal fashion. All is fair in love and war? Who will account for a phrase written by a man, to be heralded above me, another man?
